Algarve International Racetrack
Porsche GT3 Cup raced there for the first time in march 2012, one week after going to Estoril, also in Portugal. Drivers were impressed by the modern structure and the very challenging track layout. Besides, they had a unique chance of driving classic Formula 1 cars from the AGS Driving School. There were no repetition of winners in both Cup and Challenge classes.
Interesting fact: The Algarve racetrack, opened in 2008, stands out for its modern infrastructure. It is a high standard complex that received several Formula 1 tests, GP2, A1GP, WTCC and Le Mans series races.
